Project # 1

Luxurious development in the heart of Battersea, moments from the famous Battersea power-station. Hampton tiles was involved in designing and supplying luxurious bathrooms and tiles for this site. We also commissioned a special designer for the German kitchens used.

Project # 2

One Palace Road offers the ideal location. There are 17 luxury apartments available here, finished to a very high specification. We were involved in the designing of the bathrooms which reflect the level of sophistication and luxury that these properties have to offer and the care and attention to detail that has gone into their design.

Project # 3

Set in a series of secluded courtyards are 149 contemporary apartments, family townhouses and 60s style modernist apartments. Hampton Tiles were closely with the interior designers which enabled the developer to create show-stopping homes. Enjoy a prime location in the heart of Zone 1, with fantastic views of the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye.

Project # 4

The development will create 156 new homes. 39 of these will be conversion apartments and new-build townhouses, constructed within and around the listed former Barnes Hospital building itself. In addition, in the spacious grounds surrounding the Hospital will be 117 new-build, two, three and four-bedroom family homes.  These homes will have private front and rear gardens, with many also offering off-street parking.

Project # 5

Rembrandt House on Whippendell Road in Watford has stood largely empty for the best part of two decades, and its beautiful Edwardian façade has been allowed to fall into disrepair.  The site itself is around 3.4 acres and was originally home to the Watford Speedometer & Magneto Works, which provided parts to companies like Vickers and Rolls Royce. Transformed the high-ceilinged and light-flooded interior into 43 apartments.

Project # 6

All the charm and character of a period property, alongside the best of modern comfort and design. Founded in the late 1800s as a maternity hospital, the Grade II listed property has been extensively but sympathetically restored into exquisite living spaces. The striking former hospital building now holds 13 one and two-bed apartments, many with private terraces or gardens, around spacious communal spaces.

A new-build development of 39 one- and two-bed apartments, located on York Road in London’s sought-after Nine Elms area. Close to the extensive regeneration around the renowned Battersea Power Station scheme.
